Wines

Our flagship wine, English Sparkling Solaris is made by the traditional Champagne method. Grapes are picked relatively early to ensure acidity. The wine is bright with a pleasing mousse and a fruity character.

Our Still Solaris is made from fully ripened grapes and gives a medium bodied wine with refreshing citrus and green apple flavours.

Our rosé is made from a blend of Cabernet Cortis, Rondo and Solaris. The wine is also medium bodied, with notes of fresh red berries.
