Our new bespoke tasting building was officially opened on Saturday 12th April by David Haigh, Mayor of Meltham. The guests were mainly people who have helped us along the way to develop our project. Visitors enjoyed tasting our flagship Sparkling Solaris, still Solaris and rosé wines accompanied by homemade nibbles. The vineyard tour then covered all the steps that we take getting from field to bottle including how wine is made. The event was enhanced by the warm sunny weather
