To celebrate the wealth of good Yorkshire products available to us, Helme Edge Vineyard is presenting a selection of Yorkshire wines accompanied by Yorkshire cheese provided by the Holmfirth Cheese Shop!

Yorkshire wine, on the northern frontier of English winemaking is expanding rapidly thanks to the growth of established vineyards and new entrants to the industry. Helme Edge Vineyard at Crosland Edge, Meltham has been operating for a year from its new bespoke tasting facility at the vineyard

At the Carlile on April 17^th you will taste six wines from your local Helme Edge Vineyard and Laurel Vineyard at Aike near Driffield in East Yorkshire. Wines will be accompanied by six varieties of Yorkshire cheese provided by our friends the Holmfirth cheese shop which has been in operation for 11 years, for the last two in new premises in the centre of Holmfirth, featuring 450 different cheeses, a café and deli.
