Tours and Tastings

You will be welcomed by a family member into our cozy bespoke tasting facility. You will hear a summary of our project and an introduction to English wines and developments in Yorkshire. Out in the vineyard you will learn how our vines are carefully nurtured to produce quality grapes from planting to maturity. Back in our tasting room you will hear about the processes of winemaking and taste our flagship sparkling Solaris and two still wines. If you’re going for a Charcuterie Tasting option, you get all of the above plus a delicious plate of meats & cheeses!

Gift Vouchers: Why not treat a loved one to a special gift experience? Please contact the vineyard by email at hello@helmeedgevineyard.co.uk and we will send a personalised gift voucher to your door, or by email if preferred.

Private Tours

For a private group tour, please book directly with the vineyard by email (hello@helmeedgevineyard.co.uk).

For offsite parking the best options are around Blackmoor Foot Reservoir. From there the vineyard can be accessed via a short walk along the bridle path which is the southern extension of Reservoir Side Road. Visitors are requested not to park on Harrison Lane.

Take the 324 bus from Huddersfield Bus Station via Meltham to Meltham Broadlands stop.

At the top of Broadlands Road turn right onto Helme Lane, then right onto Harrison Lane. Helme Edge Vineyard is the last building on the left hand side after the bend.
